Intent differs by language
Arabic queries skew towards area and payment-plan terms; English queries skew towards project and developer names. One keyword map cannot serve both.
Technical hygiene
Correct hreflang, clean slugs in both languages, and RTL-safe templates. Most sites fail at the template, not the content.
